Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PremiseLayer handles personal data when you use this website, contact us, request a consultation, or communicate with us about managed connectivity services.

1. Who is responsible for your data

PremiseLayer is responsible for personal data collected through this website and related business communications. PremiseLayer is based in Cyprus and can be contacted at sales@premiselayer.com.

If PremiseLayer processes personal data on behalf of a customer as part of a managed network service, the customer agreement or data processing agreement will define the controller and processor responsibilities for that service.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Contact details such as name, company, email address and phone number.
  • Enquiry details such as building type, location, message content and service requirements.
  • Business communications, proposals, meeting notes and support requests.
  • Technical website data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps and security logs.
  • Service-related operational data if you become a customer, such as site contacts, service inventory, configuration records, monitoring alerts and support history.

3. How we use personal data

  • To respond to enquiries and consultation requests.
  • To assess buildings, prepare proposals and discuss managed connectivity requirements.
  • To provide, monitor, secure and support contracted services.
  • To maintain business records, billing records and legal compliance records.
  • To protect the website, systems, customers and networks from misuse, security incidents and fraud.
  • To send relevant business communications where permitted by law or with consent where required.

4. Legal bases

We rely on different legal bases depending on the context: taking steps before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing a B2B service, and consent where required for optional communications or non-essential cookies.

5. Cookies and analytics

The current website is designed to operate without advertising trackers. Hosting providers may still process basic server logs for delivery, security and diagnostics. If PremiseLayer adds analytics, marketing pixels, chat widgets or other non-essential cookies, this policy and the website cookie controls should be updated before those tools are activated.

6. Who we share data with

We may share personal data with hosting providers, email providers, form-processing tools, CRM or ticketing systems, network vendors, internet service providers, professional advisers and authorities where required by law. We only share data where it is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

7. International transfers

If a supplier processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we will use appropriate safeguards where required, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.

8. Retention

  • General enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction.
  • Customer, billing and contract records may be kept for up to seven years after the relationship ends, where needed for accounting, tax, legal or dispute purposes.
  • Support, monitoring and security logs are kept only as long as needed for operations, security, troubleshooting or legal purposes.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing of your personal data. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or another competent EU supervisory authority.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, least-privilege practices, secure configuration, monitoring and supplier due diligence appropriate to the nature of the service.

11. Updates

We may update this policy as PremiseLayer develops its services, systems and suppliers. The latest version will be posted on this page.
